Seito Shito-Ryu Kata Syllabus
In Seito Shito-Ryu, the kata are divided into two major lines for simplicity: Itosu-kei and Higaonna-kei. Note that some of the kata were created by Mabuni,
Kenwa and are marked as (Mabuni Kei). Some kata have sublistings (e.g., Shodan) or alternative names listed in parentheses.
